1. I revamped my whole schedule this week and made the Super Duper Schedule. It's taped to the desk right now. It's so beautiful! I love to reorganize stuff, time being one of the things I love to reorganize. The new schedule works great.
2. When Owen came to my house this week, he stayed for the afternoons and took a nap in the boy's room. Sleeping kids are one of life's greatest joys. And there is something extra sweet about having 3 kids sleeping in a house at once. I asked Sister Wiley if she would like Owen to take a nap at my house every time he comes over. I think we'll be doing that for the rest of the semester.
3. I worked out with Michelle three days this week. It was exhausting and also somehow invigorating. And it's in the Super Duper Schedule so I'll be doing more next week.
4. Scott was offered two more classes to teach this semester. He'll be working quite a bit more this semester and also making more money. That means that this term we won't be spending more money than he makes! It's a wonderful blessing for us.
5. I enjoyed watching Carl play with Braxton today. He really charmed Braxton. They were playing with a slinky and laughing hysterically.
6. The internet protest over SOPA and PIPA has to make the Friday Favorites. Wow! I believe in a free and open internet and so do a lot of people, apparently. It's very heartening and it gives me fresh hope for politics.
7. I talked to Jennie on Skype. I haven't talked to her since she left for Australia to get married, so that was great. The kids also talked to her. They like Skype a lot. It's cool that they can show her their toys and drawings.
8. The boys are getting much better about saying "please". I don't have to remind them anymore! The next politeness issue will be "thank you".
